Broccoli Egg Stir Fry

Broccoli Egg Stir Fry is a healthy dish which can also be used as one pot meal. Due to it's ingredients it is extremely easy to make, healthy and full of nutrition.

Let's see a quick recipe to make this dish!

Ingredients Required:
  • Broccoli: 250 grams

  • Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp

  • Ginger: 1 tsp chopped

  • Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp

  • Onion: 1 medium chopped

  • Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Eggs: 2

  • Salt as per taste

  1. In a pan boil the water. Once it is boiled switch off the flame, add salt and soak the broccoli for 30 mins.

  2. In a different pan add oil. Heat it on low flame.

  3. Once the oil is warm, add ginger on medium flame, saute for 30 secs.

  4. Add chilli flakes and saute for 1 min. Let the flavours ofs of ginger and chilli infuse in oil.

  5. Now add onion and cook it till it's golden brown. It will take around 2 mins.

  6. Add salt, broccoli and saute it for 5-6 mins on low flame. Keep stiring the broccoli to avoid sticking.

  7. Meanwhile in a bowl beat two eggs. Add salt and pepper powder in eggs.

  8. Once the broccoli is cooked, keep the flame high, add beaten eggs. Saute it for 2 mins.
