Broccoli Egg Stir Fry is a healthy dish which can also be used as one pot meal. Due to it's ingredients it is extremely easy to make, healthy and full of nutrition.
Let's see a quick recipe to make this dish!
Broccoli: 250 grams
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Ginger: 1 tsp chopped
Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp
Onion: 1 medium chopped
Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
In a pan boil the water. Once it is boiled switch off the flame, add salt and soak the broccoli for 30 mins.
In a different pan add oil. Heat it on low flame.
Once the oil is warm, add ginger on medium flame, saute for 30 secs.
Add chilli flakes and saute for 1 min. Let the flavours ofs of ginger and chilli infuse in oil.
Now add onion and cook it till it's golden brown. It will take around 2 mins.
Add salt, broccoli and saute it for 5-6 mins on low flame. Keep stiring the broccoli to avoid sticking.
Meanwhile in a bowl beat two eggs. Add salt and pepper powder in eggs.
Once the broccoli is cooked, keep the flame high, add beaten eggs. Saute it for 2 mins.
