Egg Mughlai is a mild spicy and cremy dish. Whole eggs immersed in mild spicy, creamy and aromatic curry makes it tastes so good!
Let's see a quick recipe to make this quick dish!

Ingredients Required:
Eggs: 6
Onion: 3 big
Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi: 2 tsp
Full cream: 1/2 cup
Water: 1.5 cup
Oil: 4tbsp
Salt as per taste
Instructions:
Boil eggs and keep aside.
In a mixer grinder, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chillies. Grind them.
Heat oil in a pan, add the grinded paste and saute it.
Add salt. Saute the paste till it turns golden brown.
Add garam masala powder, pepper powder, water and cook the gravy for 10 mins.
Once the gravy is ready, add boiled eggs in the gravy and cook for 4-5 mins.
Crush the kasuri methi by gently pressing them from your palm and add it to the dish.
Add fresh cream. Mix everything together and switch off the gas.
Serve the dish with butter naan.
